Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team gets to work. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship globally* using trusted couriers to ensure your gear arrives safely. Please see the options and estimated timelines below:
- Standard Shipping (Β£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over Β£50, shipped via EMS.
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
*Please note: We ship worldwide but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote locations. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
The Returns & Exchanges Process: A 4-Step Trail
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2: Complete the Return Request Form
To speed things up, please use the template below in your email. This gives us all the information we need to help you quickly.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once we approve your return, securely package the items, preferably in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to our headquarters:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipment until it arrives at our facility.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return after it arrives.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or a faulty product.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you using your original shipping method as soon as we process your return (subject to availability).
Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty:
- Outdoor Base Layers (as they are worn next to the skin).
- Any item without its original tags attached.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Products that have been altered from their original condition.
International returns may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
