Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

The Returns Process

3 Package Your Items

Once we’ve approved your return, securely package the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship Your Return

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

Exchanges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Products that have been altered from their original condition
